Dave brings 28 years of key recruiting experience placing hundreds of long-term successful key employees for his clients in the energy, civil engineering and marine markets. Prior to recruiting Dave worked in industry performing hydrocarbon marketing, trading and financial analysis at LL&E/ConocoPhillips, Amoco/BP and Graham Resources. Outside of work Dave highly enjoys spending time with family, faith music ministry, fitness , racquet sports and golf. Dave earned his B.S. in Finance from LSU-New Orleans and earned his CPC designation (Certified Personnel Consultant).

Previous to his highly successful career as a headhunter, Henry invested 20+ years with Mobil Oil in a variety of oil and gas technical and leadership assignments. Away from his recruiting desk, Henry is deeply committed to family, leading a healthy lifestyle, and volunteering. Henry earned a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Mississippi State and MBA from Tulane.
